We always recommend a viewing to give you a visual impression of the items and to avoid discrepancies at a later date. Color deviations due to different lighting conditions are possible and must be taken into account. Please also note that we do not carry out any functional or completeness checks!

Collection conditions

The timely collection of the object of purchase at the specified collection times constitutes a primary contractual obligation of the buyer. Collection is only possible after full payment of the total price. All costs arising from failure to collect the purchased items on time shall be borne by the buyer. Sebworld Auctions does not assume any costs for possible collection expenses incurred by the buyer due to misjudgement of the local conditions.

Payment information

The invoice amount is due immediately after receipt of the invoice by bank transfer. Cash payments are NOT possible on site!

Purchase price and premium

The prices for items are intended for commercial customers and are therefore shown as net prices. You only enter the net bid in the bidding field. A surcharge of 18% will be added to this net price as well as the statutory value added tax of currently 19%. We reserve the right to request an irrevocable check confirmation from first-time customers. Private bidders are admitted to this auction.

VAT NOTE

Customers from the EU are only exempt from German VAT upon presentation of official proof of their VAT identification number, a copy of proof of identity (passport/ID card) and a duly completed confirmation of arrival sent to us. Please send these documents to info@sebworld-auktionen.de.
