General information

To be able to bid, you must first create an account and bidder profile. As soon as your profile is activated, you can place bids.

You will find step-by-step instructions further down on this page. Please fill in all mandatory fields carefully so that we can activate your profile quickly.

As every bid is binding, we need your data in order to prevent joke bids and to ensure that the purchase is processed (including invoicing). In individual cases, we may request additional proof.

Collection & after-sales

The collection dates are fixed in advance and stated in the auction details. These dates are binding.

Unless otherwise stated in the auction, the buyer is responsible for dismantling, transportation and any costs incurred. Please bring your own tools, packaging material and a suitable vehicle.

Shipping by parcel service is possible for suitable items and will be specified in the auction details. For larger items, shipping by forwarding agent is possible after consultation – please contact us before placing your bid.

Lots that are not sold during an auction are sold in the post-auction sale. There they are usually available at a fixed price, similar to the open sale.

Participation in the auctions

Under each auction you will find an online catalog with all items. There you can view details and place bids directly. Before placing your first bid, you must accept the auction conditions once.

A minimum price is specified for some items. This amount must be bid as a minimum, otherwise no bid is possible.

The viewing dates are fixed in advance and stated in the auction information.

Yes, if a new bid is received shortly before the end of the auction, the auction is automatically extended by a few seconds until no further bids are placed.

The winning bid always goes to the highest bidder.

No. Every bid submitted is binding.

Other FAQ

The auction starts with a minimum price and runs for a fixed period of time. At the end of this period, the highest bidder wins the auction.

There is no auction in the free sale. Instead, you can make price suggestions. If your proposal matches our expectations, you will be awarded the lot.

A live auction is a classic face-to-face auction with an auctioneer, which is broadcast live on the Internet at the same time. Bids can be placed on site, online or by telephone.

0-100 € → 5 €
100-500 € → 10 €
500-1,000 € → 20 €
1,000-5,000 € → 50 €
5,000-10,000 € → 100 €
10.000-20,000 € → 200 €
20,000-30,000 € → 300 €
30,000-40,000 € → 400 €
40,000-50,000 € → 500 €
50,000-100,000 € → 1,000 €
from 100,000 € → 5,000 €

Written bids can be submitted by post or fax. Please note that these are also binding.

Payment modalities & conditions

Unless otherwise stated, the buyer’s premium is 18% of the net price. Example: With a surcharge of €100, a premium of €18 is added, resulting in a net price of €118.

All prices are net prices, as we only sell commercially. The currently valid VAT will be charged on the bid and premium.

Yes, after the end of the auction you will receive the invoice by e-mail (please also check your spam folder).

Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer and is due immediately. Only after receipt of payment will you receive the pick-up slip with which the items are handed over.

Information for bidders from the EU

EU Export Information

Purchase documents:
– VAT number
– Business registration or other company documents
– Company stamp
– Passport copy of the managing director
– Passport and/or ID of the driver/forwarder
– Pick-up authorization

Important:
Complete the “Entry Certificate” after receipt of the goods in the country of destination.

The confirmation of receipt must be
– signed by the managing director and
– with a company stamp

– Business registration or other proof of company registration
– Company stamp
– Passport copy of the managing director

The entry certificate must be
– signed by the managing director and
– provided with a company stamp

Nákupní doklady:
– Identifikační číslo pro daň z přidané hodnoty (DIČ)
– Obchodní registrace nebo jiné firemní doklady
– Razítko společnosti
– Kopie pasu jednatele
– Pas a/nebo občanský průkaz řidiče/speditéra
– Povolení k vyzvednutí

Důležité:
Po převzetí zboží v zemi určení vyplňte “Vstupní certifikát”.

Vstupní certifikát musí být
– podepsáno jednatelem a
– být opatřeno razítkem společnosti

Zašlete jej zpět e-mailem na adresu info@sebworld-auktionen.de nebo poštou!

Dokumenty zakupu:
– Numer identyfikacyjny podatku od wartości dodanej (numer VAT)
– Rejestracja działalności gospodarczej lub inne dokumenty firmy
– Pieczątka firmowa
– Kopia paszportu dyrektora zarządzającego
– Paszport i/lub dowód tożsamości kierowcy/spedytora
– Upoważnienie do odbioru

Ważne:
Po otrzymaniu towarów w kraju przeznaczenia należy wypełnić “Świadectwo wjazdu”.

Świadectwo wjazdu musi być
– podpisane przez dyrektora zarządzającego i
– być opatrzony pieczęcią firmową

Należy go odesłać pocztą elektroniczną na adres info@sebworld-auktionen.de lub pocztą tradycyjną!

Documente de achiziție:
– Numărul de identificare a taxei pe valoarea adăugată (numărul TVA)
– Înregistrarea întreprinderii sau alte documente ale societății
– Ștampila societății
– Copia pașaportului directorului general
– Pașaportul și/sau actul de identitate al șoferului/expeditorului
– Autorizație de colectare

Important:
Completați “Certificatul de intrare” după primirea mărfurilor în țara de destinație.

Certificatul de intrare trebuie să fie
– semnat de directorul general și
– să fie prevăzut cu o ștampilă a societății
